Dianguang Explosion Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2014 (Stock Name: Dianguang Technology; Stock Code: 002730). It is the first listed company in China specialized in mining explosion-proof electrical products, a high-tech enterprise recognized by the state, and a leading provider of comprehensive explosion-proof electrical solutions in China.

On the 26th, May, 1993, Yueqing CountyLight Industry Bureau issued the document concerning the approval of theestablishment of the "Yueqing county DIANGUANG explosion protection switchfactory" (No. [1993]74), and agreed to jointly set up Yueqing county DIANGUANGexplosion protection switch factory by Shisuibiao, shiyinjie, etc. This switchfactory is under the administration of the Bureau. The enterprise property isthe collective stock cooperation. DIANGUANG laid the initial foundation throughthe production of explosion protection electrical accessories. In 1994, webegin to produce switch body and make batch production of switch machinematching (Such as Asia's largest production base of explosion protection:Shenyang low voltage switch factory, Hefei switch factory, and Xuzhou coalmachine factory, etc.). In the meantime, we also sell a few parts and body inthe Mining Bureau to lay the foundation for the subsequent development of thecompany, and have accumulated the development of the initial funds.

In August, 1998, with the consent of the shareholders of the DIANGUANGexplosion protection switch factory, it was changed to a limited liabilitycompany. Under the influence of macro economy, the company takes full advantageof the country's "triangle debt" policy, which not only revitalizedthe funds, but also took the opportunity to quickly change from the supporting enterpriseinto supplier that directly supply product to end customer. At the same time,DIANGUANG began to get bulk evidence and make mass production of explosionprotection switch based on round shell.

Dianguang Explosion Protection Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary and the R&D Center of Dianguang Explosion Protection Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2006. It is located in Pujiang High-Tech Park, Minhang District, adjacent to Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport, with convenient transportation and smooth logistics, covering a land area of 13,500 square meters and a building area of 20,600 square meters.
Focusing on scientific R&D and product development and guided by the overall strategy of the parent company, the Company is committed to ensuring explosion-proof safety in coal mines and enhancing mine intelligence. It is mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of explosion-proof electrical equipment, emergency rescue facilities, and informatization system products, covering intelligent mining systems, power monitoring systems, power automation systems, comprehensive power protection systems, 5G application terminals, frequency converters, filters, starters, combined starters, soft starters, and intelligent multi-functional combined switches, among others. The Company’s products have been widely applied in leading coal enterprises including National Energy (Shenhua), Shaanxi Coal Group, Pingdingshan Coal Group, Yitai Group, and SDIC Xinji. At the same time, the Company also provides comprehensive explosion-proof electrical solutions and integrated automation system services for coal mines.
Hebei Xinsida Motor Co., Ltd.
Hebei Xinsida Motor Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Dianguang Technology. Founded in 2005, the Company is located in the Comprehensive Park of Gaocheng Economic Development Zone, Shijiazhuang City. With a registered capital of RMB 106.31 million, it covers a production area of over 160 mu, with a construction area of nearly 30,000 square meters, nearly 200 employees, and over 50% of various professional and technical backbones. It is one of the earliest high-tech enterprises in China engaged in the specialized R&D, design, production, sales, and service of permanent-magnet direct-drive motors and special heavy-duty motors.
The Company has been recognized as a National Demonstration Enterprise of Service-Oriented Manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a Pilot Unit for the Remanufacturing of National Mechanical and Electrical Products, a National-Level "Little Giant" Enterprise with Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative Features, and an Enterprise in the National Energy-Saving Technology Promotion Catalog. Huaxia Tianxin Intelligent IoT (Dalian) Co., Ltd.
Huaxia Tianxin Intelligent IoT (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech Industrial IoT enterprise focusing on the construction of intelligent mines. Founded in 2019 and located in Jinpu New District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, the Company occupies a plant area of 15,000 square meters with a registered capital of RMB 130 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dianguang Explosion Protection Technology Co., Ltd. established in Dalian. In 2020, the Company completed the merger and absorption of Beijing Huaxia Xiandao Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. and Dalian Gaoduan Xiandao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Beijing Huaxia Xiandao Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Beijing Xiandao New Technology Co., Ltd. In 1988, Beijing Xiandao New Technology Co., Ltd. embarked on the R&D of coal mine safety monitoring systems and became the birthplace of China’s first coal mine safety monitoring system.
Dalian Gaoduan Xiandao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Dalian Gaoduan Technology Development Co., Ltd. In 2010, Dalian Gaoduan Technology Development Co., Ltd. officially launched the KJ323 Mine Personnel Positioning Management System.
The Company is committed to providing comprehensive solutions for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional energy industries and the conversion of old and new growth drivers. Its main products cover coal mine safety monitoring systems, mine precise positioning systems, mine auxiliary transportation management systems, 10 Gigabit ring networks, F5G optical networks, converged communication technologies, 5G communications, and embedded industrial intelligent IoT products, among others.
